Accepted Gear Guidelines

• We only accept items that will retail for $100 or more.
• We typically do not take starter markers, gear older than a few years, or items we’re unsure will hold up for the next owner. This ensures we offer quality products to future players.

Valuation Process

• We estimate the current retail value of your gear based on the used market.
• We offer approximately 60% of that value, considering the time and effort required to inspect, clean, and prep the equipment for resale.

Time & Service Fee

• We account for $50/hour spent cleaning, repairing, and tuning gear before resale. This ensures every item is in top shape for its next owner.

Trade-In vs. Sell

• Trade-In: You’ll get a higher offer when trading for store credit.
• Sell: Cash offers may be slightly lower due to resale prep time and costs.
